Social Housing – Swindon

Following on from the success of the Bristol City Council contract, Lovell Partnerships were awarded the kitchen refurbishment for Swindon Council. As part of a great team working on the contracts, Lovell brought Cook and Harris with them to work on this new refurbishment project

This contract is also undertaking plumbing and gas works associated with a sequenced replacement of kitchens in the county councils properties. Incorporating:

• Gas alterations, safety tests and landlords certification.
• Domestic services plumbing for the new kitchens
• Minor alterations to heating systems to facilitate kitchen replacments

We are proud that, in particular, our excellent health and safety record on this type of project was instrumental in our selection.
