Social Housing – Vale of Glamorgan

Cook and Harris undertook and completed a 3 year refurbishment contract for the Vale of Glamorgan Council. The project was a varied refurbishment contract where properties were assessed for need and the appropriate refurbishment works undertaken. This meant that the plumbing works could be anything from replacing an external soil pipe to the complete strip out and replacement of the plumbing and heating services to a property.

This was a challenging contract which required a flexible attitude and excellent management to be successful. We are happy to have completed this work without failure and in doing so developing a reputation for excellence in this area of our industry.
